MacNicol & Associates Asset Management sponsor Cairn Merchant Partners LP successfully exits investment in Integracare following acquisition by Frontline Healthcare Partners
TORONTO, Feb. 18, 2026 – MacNicol & Associates Asset Management Inc. (“MacNicol”) is pleased to announce the successful exit of its investment in Integracare Inc. (“Integracare”), a leading private-pay home care company in Ontario, following the company’s acquisition by Frontline Healthcare Partners (“Frontline”), a private equity firm focused on distributed healthcare businesses.
MacNicol obtained exposure to Integracare through a partnership with Cairn Merchant Partners LP.
The transaction, announced in October 2025, represents Frontline’s sixth portfolio company investment and underscores Integracare’s position as a premier provider in the Canadian home healthcare market. Founded in 1990, Integracare has earned recognition as an award-winning employer and has consistently demonstrated excellence in client service through its team of highly trained caregivers.
