I love British Columbia. But I have always felt that the province’s population of Bears were a lot speedier than they appeared. Bears are of course also extremely strong and temperamental in certain situations. But I never knew just how fast Bears were until I looked into it for this article. Did you know that a fully grown (Grizzly) Bear can run nearly 35 miles per hour? For practical purposes 35 miles per hour is twice as fast as the average human can run and faster than what the fastest human can run.
